Forgot date!!

Hello everyone. We sent the AOS packet and IV packet this week and I just remembered, me as the beneficiary, I don't remember if I wrote the date when I signed the DS-230 form. Do you think it will be a RFE? Should my husband send another copy of the IV form?

Sunflower, didnt you all make a copy of the entire packet and save for your records?

I dont think the non date if the case, will issue a RFE.

I dont think the non date if the case, will issue a RFE.

I;m sure they'll understand. I mean, on my I-130, I did so many things to trigger an RFE...

HEY my savior!! Hehehe.. Yes we did. C has a copy of the IV for and everything with him, so do I. When we send the I-130 to USCIS, I also put the wrong date as my husband's birthdate, he sent his birth certificate again and they send it back to him and no RFE. I just hope this doesn't slow the process for us.

Thanks Bern. I will keep you guys informed. I don't know either if my husband took a last look to everything and saw it and wrote it. I have to ask him. Don't want to wake him up though hehe.

You'll be fine, now get that copy out of the packet and see if you put a date by your signatue!

I looked at mine and I didn't sign it because when we made all 3 copies, we didn't know when we would be at NVC, at sending the IV. I will call him in a bit and ask him. THANKS!!!
