She got a K 1 visa if that helps.

I didn't have one either before and I was on K1 also. I've heard it's only for CR1 or some sort. Hope it helps

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

What is this? I have read we need this to do the seminar. My girl just got her visa packet with the passport (visa inside) and a yellow envelope. I thought there was this immigrant data summary.

Wow. Congrats on your girl getting her visa. Mine's still hasn't come yet. Maybe because she's in Cebu rather than Manila it will take longer. As of last nite it still wasn't even showing via her tracking number with air21.

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
