any april filer's I-130 form who got their NOA2 already?

hi to all vj member's!

hi is there any april filer's of form I-130 who got their noa2 already? coz i havent receive yet also but ive seen here on vj forum's that may filer got their noa2 already???? what happen to us april filer's what the uscis did to our paperwork why april filer's were so behind!!!!

if any april filer's got their noa2/ approval already pls... post it here so we will know the progress of the april filer's. thanks and Gudluck to all of us april filer's and to all who still waiting for the approval hope we had a smooth journey!!!!

Sorry to hear that,,, Something wrong with the whole process. The NOA1 should of came in days. Yours was 3 months. We filed shortly after you and my wife arrived here 8/24.

I am thinking...

Perhaps,,, have your finacee call the CSC and request an expedite cause you will be giving birth soon. They will deny it,, of course, But, it will force them to look at the petition.

My wife is 25 weeks pregnant, I can only imagine the additional stress this is putting on you two.

i have noa1 already it takes only days when my hubby received it, but were still waiting for the approval, and my hubby havent call yet the uscis about our paperworks coz our timeline here on vj they said it will adjudicated on sept 10-29. so we will wait for that if there is nothing happen maybe thats the time i will tell to my hubby to call the uscis about our status. and we didnt expedite our case coz they say thats for army employee only, and yeah im giving birth soon this month of september and i prepared to give birth here in the philippines. and im very stressful now for the long wait of our approval! sometimes i want to give up, but i know God has a plan and i know our apporval will come soon now...
