Folks,

I just received an email from CRIS at 11.30pm (I know they can't be working this late!) that my I-130 petition has been approved. I was completely shocked. Great start to the labor day weekend. I'm proceeding to do the happy dance now. Hopefully everyone that is waiting will get theirs approved pronto!

Just an update. My case has been received by NVC. For all those around the same timeline as myself, if you haven't done so yet, it's a good time to check with the NVC about your case and to give the petitioner and beneficiary email addresses.
