Looks like the dead is coming back to life in California. A few touches here, a couple of NOA2's there. I just hope it accelerates and turns into a flood!

I was touched, but it is just the post RFE receipt touch.

There have been seveal approvals of varying NOA1 dates over the past couple of days though, so something is happening!

Just wanna say I was touched today bcoz IMBRA rfe's was received updated my case porfolio & email notification saying preliminary processing was done.Thinking positive here. I got d go catch 6am mass.

Touched today! Maybe something is about to happen with us but we have an RFE received date of July 12th so Im not sure why we got touched based on the idea that they are going by RFE received date. Hmmm, who knows, I sure dont but it kind of feels good to get some attention again from CSC!!!

I had a hard time finding out if I have touches. I read an intruction in one of the posts here.I tried to follow the instructions but still Im not sure if I did it right coz I didnt find any touches everytime I click my portfolio.The last date that appears in my portfolio was the July 14th it's a notice telling me that they received my RFE reply.

Anybody here who can give me another simple instruction on how to find out "touches".

When the date changes that is a touch. When the message changes then your status has changed. Your date of July 14 is your last touch.

It is simple really. When you check the status of your USCIS online account, and the date changes from the last check, you have been touched.

If you don't have an account with USCIS, go to their site and open one with your NOA-1 A# and other data, as required.

Now, a touch can be that your file was only moved from one stack to another or more, leading to approval. Significant changes will be listed in case status and e-mailed to you, if you selected that option.

You can go back in and "reselect" that option, if you forgot the first time.

You should login to the USCIS site at least once per day, so you don't miss touches.

Isn't this the response you get sometimes when you submit in inquiry about your case??
