RFE for AOS - 04/26/07

EAD approved - 07/07/07

AOS transfered to CSC - 07/10/07

AOS approved - 08/10/07

Welcome letter arrived - 08/18/07

Green card arrive - 08/18/07

Apply for stolen green card 07/12/09

Apply for I-751 09/31/09

I-751 rejected due to late filling

Resubmit with a letter explaining tardiness 10/01/09

NOA1 - 10/17/09

No BioMetrics

Approval 12/4/09

:innocent: LIKE A VIRRRRRRRRRRRRERRRRRGIN>.......TOUCHED FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME!!!! I sent my I-130 into Vermont back in May. THe first touch I got officially since being told that they received my petition, was July 18th saying that my case was then forwarded to CALI...then..was touched on the 19th, 20th, and 21st. Didn't know that they were open on Saturday, but seeing as to how my I-129f was touched on a Saturday, I don't question anything anymore lol...OOOOOOOOO LIKE A VIRGIN....oooooooooooo ahhhhhhhhhhhh ooooooooooooo ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....

TIMELINE

04/29/2006......MARRIED MY VERY OWN CLOWN WOOOHOOOO

Now we are through with immigration until the end of 2008. Please read my timeline to see our process. Remember, patience is a beatuiful thing if you can remember to keep it...I will be damned if we did lol. We are all here on this site for the same reason...lets all help one another...

Sorry for the amusement. But let me look at this for a moment. Your case was in Vermont, which is processing cases quickly. They send you to California, where we are all stuck in some sort twilight zone where time seems to have stopped? Nothing happening there, they are all backed up, cases are not getting approved, yet this is where they send you?....hmm, this process will will never make sense to me.....good luck. (I am one of those lost souls in the Cali office)

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

7/13/06 - Touched

NOA2 September 11!!!

10/18/06 - Received at Embassy

12/23/06 - Recieved package with interview/medical schedule

01/08/06 - CFO interview/(pre-departure class) Complete

1/11/07 & 1/12/07 Medical complete

02/05/07 - Interview!!!

2/7/07 (2/8/07 manila) - Informed we are approved...3 days after interview.

2/12/07 Visa Received

2/16/07 Baby arrives in US!!!!!

4/14/07 Wedding

4/21/07 Filed AOS

Somewhere it said they are transferring all I-130s to CSC (hell) as well....

03/09/07-- snail mail welcome letter received

03/16/07-- card production message received

03/21/07-- approval notice sent

03/23/07-- resident card in hand

Remove Conditions

1/12/09--noa1

2/04/09--Biometrics

6/05/09--Approval notice received in mail

6/28/09-- 10 year card received in the mail
