Day before yesterday they posted that they got my RFE

Touched yesterday, when they answered (or didnt really answer) my email

Touched today.

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

7/13/06 - Touched

NOA2 September 11!!!

10/18/06 - Received at Embassy

12/23/06 - Recieved package with interview/medical schedule

01/08/06 - CFO interview/(pre-departure class) Complete

1/11/07 & 1/12/07 Medical complete

02/05/07 - Interview!!!

2/7/07 (2/8/07 manila) - Informed we are approved...3 days after interview.

2/12/07 Visa Received

2/16/07 Baby arrives in US!!!!!

4/14/07 Wedding

4/21/07 Filed AOS

I haven't been touched since July 5th. I imagine I will be touched next week, when they acknowledge receiving my RFE. Which I hope they have received by now.....

04/13/06 - I-129F mailed

04/18/06 - NOA1

08/30/06 - NOA2

09/26/06 - received at NVC

09/27/06 - forwarded to consulate

20/11/06 - visa in my pocket!

14/01/07 - POE

13/04/07 - marriage

27/04/07 docs sent in for AOS, EAD, AP

26/06/07 - biometrics appointment

02/17/07 - AP and EAD arrive

03/03/08 - Infopass - where the heck is my AOS interview?? No one knows!

December 26, 2006 - Darcy's last day of employment on his 90-day work authorization. Bummer!

January 3, 2006 - Receipt date of NOA1

January 17, 2007 - transferred to CSC

January 19, 2007 - biometrics appointment

January 22, 2007 - 'touched'

I just don't get it... You filed 6 days before me. There should be a "touchfest" going on with your case.

On the other hand, and as GaryC has predicted, some of these cases may already be complete.

I am projecting a wave of approvals for tomorrow!!!! A weekend gift for the March filers... :thumbs:

How does that sound, too optimistic?

I got touched today as well. I got noticed that they have received my RFE. In the email they said that they did some prelim processing, and as a result it would be sooner than expected..what ever that means. i also spoke with the customer service agent. He said that they start processing the file as soon as they receive the RFE....

Oh dear,

I don't know what to say, but they shouldn't send you the RFE. The RFE's are for petition received on March 6th and up. They received your petition before March 6. Our petition was received on March 6th. You should be approved very soon! CSC is up to March 3th now. I really wish they will give you the great answer very soon. God bless!!! I can't wait to hear the great news guys!

Crilvsk, thanks for support. But actually we got not 1 NOA2, but 2 already and stuck somewhere in CSC not sent to NVC for more than 2 months! I wish you all guys, to get a looooot of new NOA2 next week after all these exciting touches! :lol: Don't get accustomed to them! :blush:

K-1 Visa Process

27th of Aug 2004 - got acquainted

24th of Dec 2005 - spent Xmas holidays together

4th of Feb 2006 - sent I-129F petition to Texas Service Center

14th of Feb - lost our personal letters, resent even more

28th of Feb - California Service Center received our case (received date of NOA1)

6th of March - NOA1 (notice date)

1st of May - NOA2 (first one)

26th of June - NOA2 (second one, no RFE!)

27th of June - *touched*

11th of July - *touched again*

12th of July - reply from NVC (don't have our case yet) :((

14th-21th of August -FINALLY made CSC sent out our case to NVC!!!

28st of August - letter from NVC confirming our case will be sent to Moscow Embassy within a week.

8th of September - Moscow Embassy replied they still don't have it :'(

1st of October - Yellow package has been sent

4th of October - Date of the interview: 7th of December

Rescheduled date of interview on EARLIER date (due to kid's school exams): 17th of October 2006!

17th of Ocotber - Stressful interview has successfully GONE!

20th of October - got passport with visas at the office DHL on Tverskaya st.

22th of October - WE'RE TOGETHER AT LAST! WOOOOO-HOOOOO!
