Was I the only one touched today? And yes, I noted the mispelling of "official".. Anyway, thought people would appreciate a Touch thread, rather than a new one each time..

July 11 - touched, RFE received, plus email re same

July 12 - touched

Not sure what the hold up could be now - just ship the dang thing back to Paris already!!!

2/28/06 - K-1 app sent to NSC

3/06/06 - NOA 1

3/31/06 - NOA 2

4/12/06 - NVC sent approved petition to Paris embassy

4/24/06 - fiance received instruction pkt (pkt 3)

5/05/06 - pkt 3 checklist returned to embassy

6/16/06 - CRIS-USCIS email "petition received"

6/21/06 - 1-797s (2) received, petition "received", "reopened" by CSC

6/26/06 - email, RFE sent

7/05/06 - RFE received and sent back to CSC

7/06/06 - RFE received, signed for by receptionist at CSC

7/11/06 - email RFE received by CSC

Why yes, I do!! Take a look at Gary C, he is being touched constantly also.. and a few others I have seen. If I get an NOA-2 out of it soon, it's all good. If not, harassment lawsuit??? :lol:

On the down side, another RFE... I pray not...

You are only a few days behind me, I cannot explain this process.

You have already submitted your RFE, so you are in pretty good shape. The touching will happen for you soon. Hang on, the touches are coming!!!

But, as others have said before, touching can be as simple as your file being moved from one stack to another, I would not worry about it. I just thought we should keep track of the touches, and perhaps, develop a pattern? Thoughts?

last time i was touched was when they got my RFE back at CSC. i never get touched...i check everyday and its always the same message.

I got touched as well, 3rd day in a row. July 10th was a touch for them receiving my IMBRA RFE, then touched again yesterday, and today as well.

Chiang Mai, Thailand is a rare and great place on this planet. Nice people, outstanding restaurants (across the river), with great music to add.... I was there twice for the Chongkran festival (SP). What a great place that is. Wish I was there now....Hope my Fiance and I can go there again...
