I heard Obama wants to turn oxygen into socialism that way everyone can get it for free, oh wait; that sly #######..

Give it 20 years and I am sure repubs will find a way to have haliburton charge us for it. Total recall style. Now that I think about it, it's probably why they want the atmosphere to be destroyed.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Surprised they are not taxing it yet, all the other basic needs for life is taxed. Food, shelter, clothes, transportation.....

True to all... but did you all know that this will also lead to a ban on the entire periodic table (*sucks to be a follower of Mendelev in the USA*) because we can all see it coming??
