My hubby's interview date is Oct 28, 2009 trying to get a sooner date but NVC hasn't send the information to the embassy in pakistan yet...

everyone who has an october interview date join in on this topic.....

My daughter has a interview at the embassy in Manila Oct 19, after 1 year and 2 months since i filed the I-130.

My husband's interview date in Oct 7 at 7:30 am...I will be attending...will any of you who's spouses interviews are coming be attending?

10/28/11: Package received and signed for by Renaud

I got my interview date via email from NVC... do i need to contact the embassy to confirm my appointment date? or i can print out the Interview letter i got from NVC and goes to Embassy?

ali raza, if you want to feel better, just call and confirm to be on the same side....

my hubby's interview is october 27th.....if anyone wants to chip in for a plane ticket for me to join him on that day, i am more than happy to accept donations :D

i've been praying too...i'm sick of this...he will miss our 2nd wedding anniversary it seems :(

p.s. isn't there already a thread for october interviews open?

Timeline:

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....

you don't need to contact the embassy, just print your intreview letter email.

My wifes interview date was Oct 16, my brothers wife was Oct 9, both of them had a easy time and maybe only 5 questions were asked maxed.

Though on my wife, she did state that the interviewer who was a punjabi fellow did try to confuse her/trick her about him not receiving her original birth certificate or some original paper, in which she stated that everything they wanted she sent to me and which I sent to the NVC. Then he states that shes right and told her she got her visa.

Since they were females, no AP or any of that which was good.

12/16/2009 - Received GC in mail

Removal Of Conditions 09-09-2011

09-09-2011 : Mailed ROC packet

09-12-2011 : Packet Arrived CSC (delayed from labor day long weekend)

09-14-2011 : Check Cashed

09-14-2011 : NOA1 dated 09-12-2011

09-19-2011 : Early walk-in Biometrics completed (Original date 10/03/2011)

02-07-2012 : Green Card Approved

02-11-2012 : Green Card Received

Citizenship

09-07-2012 : Mailed N-400 package

09-10-2012 : N-400 Package delivered

09-13-2012 : Check cashed, email and text received with case number

09-14-2012 : Biometrics letter mailed

09-15-2012 : NOA received dated 09-10

09-17-2012 : Biometrics letter received for 09-27

02-25-2013 : Interview Passed - Original interview was 01-07-2013 but was out of country so postponed
