SSN Required for I-485?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering if we have to wait for a ssn number to be assigned before applying for AOS or can we go without it? My fiancee will be coming in the US with a K-1 visa soon and we will be married by the end of the month. I would like to get the AOS rolling, the EAD is the one I would like to see asap.

SS Card/Number is not required for AOS/EAD etc. (On forms, when asked for a SSN, you may write "none.")

SSN not required. Be sure your fiance has the DS 3025 [vaccination record] and holds onto it thru the POE process. Sometimes the IOs screw up and take it
