Give her something that represents your state. Something that whenever she sees or use it, she feels like she is just around you. ^_^

Thank you all for your responses! I will keep chocolate in mind and jewelry ... I would love to get her a nice neclace or something.. im not positive she has her ears pierced. She rarely ever dresses up because she is a "nanny" for her wealthier sister in Aruba. I will have to find out if she wears gold or silver?

Hi JosMeg12!

I have a Belgian friend here named Benoit Nicolay, he and his wife Cathy make and sell Belgian chocolates. (Benoit is a chocolatier based here in Parañaque City.)

You should visit his website. Not only is his chocolate delicious, but you can be assured of great value for your money. They are in very pretty and sophisticated-looking packaging. Am sure your girl's Tita will be pleased. :)

Hope this helps.

Thank You so much! I will definitely check it out.. I am the USC, the female :) Ive seen that is very uncommon. I wonder if the embassy will do a double take on that one!

Good Lord, sorry for the mixup. :) I don't think we get that many female USCs petitioning the Filipino fiance. Lots of success on your journey!

All the same I hope your guy's Tita enjoys the present!

Thank You all again! I just want to have something she will love. Since she has been in Aruba so long, Im sure she misses things from the Philippines. I was hoping to have some chocolates shipped to my address in the US and I will bring them to Aruba... Im having a hard time finding the belgian chocolate from the Phils that will ship to the US. I'll figure something out :) Anything else that you guys think she may miss alot from home?
