You can call NVC and find out, give it about 3 weeks!

Congrats on the approval. Make sure you follow LingChe's shortcuts to get through NVC as fast as possible

Just keep calling, the AVR will tell you when it was received and tell you the NVC case #... It took mine 11 total days to get to the system... Then I spoke to an operator once I had the number and gave her our e-mail addresses..... Now just waiting to hear that the 3032 has been generated as I have that ready to go... :whistle:

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

I track all the February Filers and shortest NVC assigned was 5 days and longest was 30 days with 15 days being the average.

Sent in I-130 form: 01/29/09

Interview Date: 11/08/09 (APPROVED!)

Visa in Hand: 11/12/09

POE: 01/30/10 (!!!!) at JFK Airport in NYC... can't wait!

Got the green card maybe 8 weeks after 01/30/10...

TBC....

It really depends on how fast you work on your paperwork. If you are keen from time to time checking updates from NVC, you can get through them in 2 weeks.

Thanks guys i guess i dont have to wait for the average 7 or 15days cause i will be hitting up there phones and emails comes monday sept 07. Anybody know NVC email address?

NVC is closed on Monday. :)
