This may seem like a stupid question to some but neither me nor my fiancé know the answer. Can you honeymoon outside the U.S. mainland i.e. Hawaii or the U.S. Virgin Islands? Without having any problems travelling out of or re-entering the U.S.

Any experiences welcome

Thanks

Hawaii is not a problem, US VI shouldn't be, but it can depend on where you go and how you get there. I've not hear any horror stories with either though.

(If it were me, and I wanted to be safe, I'd stick with Hawaii.)

Someone I know with a fiancee from Thailand recently (in the last month or so) traveled to the Virgin Islands for their wedding and honeymoon, no problems obviously. Can't imagine why either would be a problem.

If you go to the Caribbean don't go to any non-US possession for any reason. The K1 is a single entry visa, you would not be readmitted.
