Wanted to check to see if I have my NOa2 since I got this vague email about them mailing me a document. (not an RFE) what prompts do I choose to get through the automated attendant and talk to a real person? Any help would be appreciated and I will share what I learn tomorrow if I can get through.

You called a different phone number. I used 1800 375 5283(USCIS). Be prepared for rudeness, patronizing and unhelpfulness.(If they tranfer you to where I was transferred, maybe it was CSC?) I asked if anyone has been approved in CSC since IMBRA and she said, "I don't know, I only see one petition at a time," (I guess they don't talk to each other, have meetings, or have superiors who inform them of anything.) The first girl I talked to said I was approved and then transferred me to a rude second woman who said I wasn't approved and what would make me think I was approved. At that point I didn't like her tone so I just said thanks and got off the phone. I plan on calling tomorrow .... and ask how they can not know anything that is what they do for a living.

So annoying. Please please please call again tomorrow and ask for a supervisor, manager, anyone else.

Have you tried your senator as well to get a straight answer on your behalf?
