Ok i gave up on getting this whole procedure done in 6months. I planned for 1 year but hoping 6 months. So i will go to see my fiance on friday. I think i may be close to my noa2 its only been about 2.5 months of waitng. My question is can i bring with me to my fiance that 134 form now or would it be too soon. just would like to bring everything to her now that i can to speed things up later. any suggestions? I will give her copies of everything i have so far, all my docs submitted, but really curious if it is too soon to give her the notorized I134 form now.

thanks

JOe

PS on the wine tonight celebrating that i am going to colombia on friday, last minute decision, so probably a lot of posts from me tonight.

If NVC already sent everything to Ciudad Juarez and you already gave him all the documents, he does NOT have to wait. The only thing you are missing is the official letter - ifyou are sure CDJ has everything he can go to the information window and get the letter!!! You do NOT need to wait to get packet 3 in the mail.

Go to the consulate's website (http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/wwwhivfi.html), click on "Fiancee packet" and make sure he has all the information that they ask for.

Also, read page 3 here http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...17845&st=30

and GO GO GO!!!!

Good luck!

I thought we had to wait till they mailed packet. I know we can go once we know packet is mailed. But packet has not been mailed. Can he go? Yss, they have our approved paperwork but have not gotten to us for sending packet?? I'm so confused.
