On the 6th of august we had our interview. luckily we called on the 4th to ask if interview was reassigned from the 5th of august case the declared holiday. Cause they didnt even attempt to contact us on new assigned date. When we arrived about an hour before scheduled interview. We waited outside it began to rain something fierce . When they finally opened doors to receive us they just let everyone with an appointment of 6 :30 to rush the door. so its no point in getting there early it wont help. About 7:30 she was called for fingerprint scan. shortly after we were called to the window. They asked for evidence and then while looking at pictures the reviewer noticed a child in our pictures. We informed her it was my wifes daughter. She then told us to have a seat and wait for our interview.about 8:30 we are called to a room she is asked to wait outside whil consular talked to me. He asked me repeatedly if i was paid, told me he would convict me if i was lying. I told him i love her he then called her in and asked me to leave. Then the consular officer interview my wife and ask her what are your husbands parents doing my wife answer that my mother has her early retirement coz she is sick and my father is filling for early retirement too because of sickness. Next question to her was you have a child and she say yes . May i have her birthcertificate and my wife give it to consul then he ask where is the father of the child i say he is in abroad now and i dont know which part coz since my baby is infant he leave us.Have you been married to the father of the child my wife say no and sddenly the consul sais i need additional documents to prove that you are not married to the father of your child We then submitted the required documents and here we wait for a response from the embassy. When we are married we decided we would wait till we are settled in in the us and petition for her daughter to join us. While im here in the philippines waiting for a responce my mother is in hospital and my bussiness is failing. i tried calling the hotline but they just tell me they dont know. I have sent emails without awnser.

willl post more as i learn more

[so what is your concern?? Do u have any question or you just shared your wife's interview experience?? I don't see a problem at all about your wife having a child as long as she was not married to her ex.

I have 2 kids but was not married to the father of my kids but got approved on my k1 and is now on the process of getting my 2 kids through I-130
