I am planning to marry my fiancé on the 24th of October for the religious ceremony in Mexico. I would like to bring her to the US after words. If I do the civil wedding in Mexico can I bring her to the US wile we wait for the K3 visa to go through or does she have to stay in Mexico wile we wait?

She can marry you and you can petition for the K-3 (although Cr-1 is a superior visa). She can visit you in the US as long as she does not overstay her given time and returns to Mexico

Right, if she already has a visa to visit. If not, she would be ineligible for one on the grounds she has immigrant intent.

K3 is virtually obsolete.

We filed the K3, and that worked the best for us, as it was faster. We had the religious and civil wedding in Mexico, but he could not come to the US with me, since he did not have visitor visa.
