Hello everyone im so happy that i just got our noa2. it say Notice Type : Approval Notice Valid from 08/27/09 to 12/26/09.

im not really sure whats next? i heard i should get hard copy?

TIMELINE -

05-21-09 : Filed I-129F

05-27-09 : CSC Recieved I-129F

05-29-09 : Touched

06-05-09 : Recieved NOA1 (7:27am) Thank you lord.

08-27-09 : Recieved NOA2

09-04-09 : NOA2 (Hard Copy)

12-03-09 : Interview - PASSED!

12-09-09 : VISA - Thank you lord.

Well the USC should (when the notice arrives) forward everything they can (including copies of the original submission) to the fiance as well as the affidavit of support. From there its a waiting game until the actual visa application arrives at the non USC's residence

just wait about a week till manila gets ur case in computer then u call for the interview date and good luck with medical n interview, abby n shyerl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
