I've just had a failed my visa has been refused, the consul said that relationship seems to be linked only to immigration and yet we respect all the standards required. I want to marry my fiancee to try a k3 visa or is it that I am appealing the decision but I said I will spend a lot of money for it so I felt like Board marry me

We need more info: Do you know why specifically you failed? Ie did they wonder about an age difference, was there only one visit, were you introduced by relatives, did you not know a lot of things about your fiance that were asked at the interview etc?

In general, it is best to fight to keep the visa application at the embassy, because appealing then is easier, faster and cheaper than appealing later or applying for a new visa. The USC fiance should get in contact with their elected representatives, who can help keep the application at the embassy and not have it sent back. Another good thing to do is for the USC fiance to contact the embassy, ask for details of the denial, and request a second interview, which the US fiance will attend.
