Hello everybody, i just wanna share my experience with regards to green card,..

i thought this might be helpful to others..

btw, last may 29, 2009, i arrive here in USA, and on July 1st (my birthday) i got my 2years GC,.. i could have been happy, but i noticed that my GC is good for two years, i know and i believe i am illigible for a 10years GC since my hubby and i were two years married upon my POE,.. so what i did was, i applied for my SSN first and wrote a letter to USCIS, i included my 2yrs GC, and all evidence that i am illigible for 10 years GC.. and by God grace finally i received my 10 years GC..

Am so happy, :dance::dance::dance:

and if u have the same situation all i can say is make a phone call to USCIS, so they can give u a correct information on what you have to do, and to make sure that what you are doing is right,,

and to those who will be coming, if upon your POE the two of you were two years married, inform the people on your POE that u are two years married and able to received an 10years GC, all you have to do is to present evidence example marriage license..

or make a phone call to USCIS after you received your welcome letter for them to change your GC expiration. I am saying this things because this are the things i forgot to do, i should have received a ten yrs GC if only i informed them earlier..

thankz for those people who helped me here, thank you for giving me the courage, and also for the idea that i can do something to correct my GC..
