Hellooo,

So I am trying to get all my paperwork together for adjustment of status. Now, if you can remember I had some problems with my medical and my heart. So when I went to the embassy I went with an envelope that was meant for me and not the embassy. But, apparently you're supposed to get some sort of paper with your vaccines on it which you can then take to a civil surgeon who will rewrite everything on to a different piece of paper.

Long story short, I don't have this paper what do you guys think I should do?

Approval: 08/17/12

Can you call the office where you got the medical and have them fax you a copy? They should still have it on file, I presume? At least call and ask.... A copy should be fine!
