Well, i used Fedex overnight. At first they did not want to ship it because i had the PO Box address. So i used the courier address on the I-130 instruction. which is this:

USCIS attn: FBAS

131 south dearborn 3rd floor

Chicago IL 60603-5517

It was the only courier listed on the instruction page for I130. some one on these forums said that the correct one is :

USCIS Lockbox

Attn: SAI-130

131 South Dearborn – 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

Both addresses are the same, except for the one is for FBAS and the other for SAI-130. Do you guys think ill be okay, or will they send this back, if so how can i find out without having to wait.

mine was sent august 29 but via UPS, not FedEx.. i used the courier address written on the I130 instructions.

UPS confirmed the delivery on the 2nd of september! but until now i still dont have any idea if our application was already received by USCIS and forwarded to the proper place like CSC.. we still dont have the NOA1 hardcopy.. and now am startin to get worried if it was really sent to the correct place or address.. i hope.. we'll wait and see..good luck to all of us..
