Hello Guys, My case of I-751 of Removal Conditions is still pending. I have everything included the letter of extension of status, I already took the biometrics and the fingerprints. My case date is Feb 11th, 2009, so I called twice after the 6 months, the first one, they told me that I have to wait more, but it looks like there is no problem with nothing. Right away, it appeared a TOUCH ON THE SYSTEM, I have not had any touch since the next following day to my biometrics and fingerprints appoint in March. Now, on the secon call about 3 weeks ago, a person in customer service in USCIS, they generate like a kind of order of review directly to VSC, they answered me back an email stating that I have to wait about 90 days more and it is going to appear a NOA or a decision about my pending case. My case is fine, I sent out good evidence, I am not sure if I am going to be called to interview for this process. I had the first and only interview on July 31st of 2007 that is more than 2 years ago. My case has right now almost 7 months on September 11th. Now, if anybody can give me an insight, what is going to happen? I have heard that the most of the people are not appointed to an interview, or anybody think that I can get the 10 year green card in a few months? Please I want to read any comments, suggestions, recommendations, insight about what could happen if I am going to be called to an interview or if I'm going to receive my green card in a few months, or any kind of other idea that is possible in this scenario? PLEASE REPLY ME BACK ASAP SO I CAN GET LESS WORRIED ABOUT MY CASE, THANKS FOR READING MY IDEAS AND BYE,

I wouldn't worry. This is probably not the case for you cause we recieved a RFE; but our extension letter expired. We obtained a stamp during an info pass appointment for another year extension. Later we got the RFE, Sent them what they wanted. Now, almost another year later we were approved. I'm thinking you should hear something soon.

Sometimes it just takes what it takes - doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong w/ the case. But as you are outside normal processing times, why not contact your congressman/senator's office and get help from their immigration liaison?

Asking you to wait 90 more days is their way of buying themselves more time and trying to avoid you calling weekly/daily. Didn't it used to be 45 days at one point? And now they have upped it to 90?

I would give it to September 11 - which according to you would be seven months. No ambiguity then that it is outside of the 6 month wait time they give. And at that point, if you have not heard from them, or received a definitive answer from and Info pass or phone call, then yes ... I would contact my local congressman/senator.
