I would slap a child if I could. The only problem, the child will cry louder. So, it doesn't really solve the problem. I would on the other hand, give out a lollipop and the child will stop crying.

You would but the jail sentences are much more lenient over there. For something like that I would probably get a good behavior warning but commended behind the scenes by the judge.

Kids are a product of their parents or raising anyway. As they say, the apple does not fall far from the tree. Nine out of ten times I observe misbehaving kids, they usually have douche bag parents. To the contrary, those who parents seem like good parents, never had kids running amok.

However, there is definitely a growing problem with pathetic parenting sydrome where much older kids are allowed to do as they please and simply given ###### to shut them up. Why should everyone else have to put with it? He can do whatever he wants in his own time but do not come ruin my evening because you have been allowed to do so. I don't give a #### if the county police, state police, FBI, CIA, secret service, or even a supreme court judge was in front of me; In such cases, I would knock the ###### out of the parents.

It's not the first time I have gotten involved in someone else's business and ended up knocking the parent to the ground. However, that was in the opposite situation were a child was grossly abused in front of me and I walked up to the father and dared the parent to do it to me and he did. So he received a cold hard punch to the eye socket. Knocking him straight to the ground and hitting his head on his car bumper on the way down.

Its really amazing that you have (allegedly) done this stuff and not found yourself in court or police custody.
