IR1 permanent resident card

Is it more complicated than it sounds, or is there no next step for my wife (besides getting the social security card)?

She received her Permanent Resident Card (IR1) and the expiration date is the year 2019!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are we finished?????? Do we have nothing to worry about until 2019???????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There will be no problems with her leaving the country as long as she 1) doesn't stay out of the U.S. longer than a year (and if so, I am aware we need to file a form) and 2) is physically in the states more than time spent out of the states?

You're done until 2019. Congrats.

You might have to deal with USCIS when you move (AR-11), but you are otherwise done until 2019 or the time you file for naturalization.
