So I went today to discuss AOS with a immigration specialist so he says!lol He told me that my husband can't travel back to Morocco on his K3 visa is that correct? We were planning on traveling to Morocco in the beginning of year to introduce our New son to the family he said he will have to go through an interview again to reenter the U.S that really concerned me!

Is it ok for me to do it alone without anyone to help me with the forms is it easy enough! Thanks!

he can travel as long as the visa is valid.... a K-3 is a mult-entry visa... maybe it is time to consult a different immigration specialist

most members on this site have done all themselves... your choice to do it with or without help... but if you choose help, choose different help

YMMV
