I plan to submit my I-129F Petition end of this month.I check many time and get different answer from many people.I''m told that US Embassy in Manila don't accept co-sponsorship.I only make minimum wage at $7.25(about $13,050 a year.) I'm a student in college also and I think i will need a second or better job.I talk with her about joining the Navy or Army and finish school later. If anyone had any experience with the co-sponsorship and passed with a co-sponsor at U.S Embassy Manila.?

Hi marcus_arlyn1226.

The latest information I have read on VJ is that typically, the U.S. Embassy Manila will refuse K1 applications where the petitioner does not meet the poverty guidelines AND has a co-sponsor who is not immediately related to the petitioner.

Am wondering...have you asked your parents or siblings (brothers or sisters) for help?
