Applying for K-3; preparing I-130 (G-325A), I-131, I-485, I-693, I-765 and I-864...

I'm here in US on TN-1, Husband is American citizen by birth.

We are currently living in Dallas (where I work; husband works for a company in California but works from home, so he can be any where). However, HE owns a place in Chicago - our permanent address and where we intend to move to in a couple of months. Chicago is also where we got married on Aug. 31, 2009! (Still having fun being called a MRS.)

Under the advise from MY work place's International Office, we put down our present address in Dallas as our current address and the last address we lived together on I-130 and G-325A forms. But, I'm wondering if I can put down our Chicago address on I-131, I-485, etc. since we want the mails and notifications to come to Chicago (especially since we plan on moving back in a couple of months). Would this raise a red flag at USCIS? Should I keep the Dallas address consistently throughout all paperwork? OR, can I explain this in the cover letter?

Your advise would be greatly appreciated!
