So am I the only one of the March Filers who hasn't been approved as yet? Or do we have some other folks out there without any NOA2 with a March NOA1 date?

According to Igors list minus 2 there is 11 not approved.

2 has not done updates, but I know were approved, My husband did not update our time line for us! MEN!!!

And Kimmie was approved also.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Time to contact your congressman or email the service center to see what is up.

I see you had a RFE, did USCIS receive your evidnece? and did they send you the email that evidence received and case resummed processing? If so, I bet you have a approval shortly.

Best wishes,

Beth

Yes, the case resumed processing on August 13, but thats for the I129F. No touches, no updates on the I130 which has a NoA1 date of March 26.

Okay,

Most likely, they were paired up, I got a RFE on the I-130, but once they got thier evidence and Wasington DC USCIS got involved, I got the I-130 approved, and then 2 days later I got email from Washington they also approved the I-129F

SOOOOOO, I bet you get both approvals at once since USCIS paired up both petitions.

Filing the I-129F slowed you down.
