How soon DS-230 package enters the system?

It shows as Paid now, since yesterday, we are waiting for some papers from c. The AOS arrived at NVC. I called twice today and i will call twice everyday, until I receive a response.

Does the AVRS tell you if AOS packet received? I called just for fun to see if they loaded the DS=230 packet yet, said waiting on biographocal from Beneficiary, I presume they mean the packet they got today, "I hope" but nothing on the AOS packet they got early last week.

I mailed my AOS package on Monday and Fedex noted it got delivered on Tuesday but NVC says they dont have it yet. All AVR says is they received the DS-3032 form. Grrrrrr they didn't even mention they received any mail from me.

I just called NVC again and operator told me they didn't receive any mail yet for my cases! How is it possible?! Another operator told me this morning that they have received some documents. This is crazy, what the hell is going on at NVC?! If they lost my IV packages it will be totally f@#$ed up! Received on Monday and still not scanned while it usually takes 24 hours???
