k1 Filed waiting for N0A2

Timeline

Hi

I have a question I filed my application in June and some issues and worries have

come up with my finance I dont feel comfortable taking this step should I wait for

NOA2 approval or withdraw application now and if I dont could he be contacted in cuba?

that it was approved.

As far as I know.... you can't withdraw an application, basically you paid the money already... and the only thing you can do is just not follow the next steps once is approved/denied/etc... now take the time between now and until you get the notification from USCIS to think things through and make a decision with a cool head... wish you the best!

As far as I know.... you can't withdraw an application, basically you paid the money already... and the only thing you can do is just not follow the next steps once is approved/denied/etc... now take the time between now and until you get the notification from USCIS to think things through and make a decision with a cool head... wish you the best!

petitioners are able to write a withdrawal letter to USCIS. I am not sure if it has to be notarized, but it needs to explain that you no longer wish to continue with this step. please make absolute certain that you do not want to continue, i would hate to see you have wasted the $455 and time. good luck in your decision :thumbs:

i am sure someone could explain in detail how to withdraw.

quick note: only petitioners can withdraw, beneficiaries do not have the option. looks like you are the petitioner, so it is within your rights :yes:
