The beneficiary should be the one who needs to send the Choice of agent. You can use your husband's email to send it to NVC however your name should be in the complimentary closing. I would suggest that you use gmail to send the DS3032.

Provide the fflg in your email:

* NVC case number or CIS receipt number

* Petitioner's name and date of birth

* Beneficiary's name and date of birth

* Your full name

then the body of your email. Goodluck.

Hi Lady AA.

No, I don't have it yet. We don't have the hard copy of the NOA2 yet, either. Since we received the e-mail approval on August 28, we expect to receive the hard copy on Friday, September 4.

We will probably get our NVC case number next week, after Labor Day (September 7).

Hi Lady AA.

Yes, that's right. :) I filled out the same form (in preparation). I was previously married to a Filipino, so my answer to that question was 2 times.

hey send two now and if they accept it is fine otherwise resend again when u r generated, why waste time the email is easy and keep it in ur folder and if necessary then resend to nvc. good luck. abby n sheyrl

Abby, I have question to you, I saw the ds230 form in item #9 Marital Status, What will i put in the: Including my present marriage, I have been married _ times.

This is m,y first marriage with my husband... should I put 1 times?

Thanks marriedtomrq!

I will answer 1, to that item. Do you already have NVC#?

Gmail is the mail provider of Google. When you log in in the google site, you can see there gmail.

check this link and create your own gmail account. www.gmail.com . Gmail has more chances of receiving the response from NVC and gmail doesn't put it on spam. Others had problem receiving an automated response using other email provider rather than gmail.

I honestly don't know what this email means,as I have never received anything like this when I sent my DS3032. As it was mentioned, its a new way on how to communicate with NVC. After your inside address, indicate the ones you were asked to provide. (IMOHO).,its just a form of giving them more information so they can verify you (as a sender) of the email that you are indeed the beneficiary.

When I spoke to an operator at the NVC I was told that you now need to either mail or e-mail the DS-3032 (no more fax).

If you e-mail:

You must do is print & fill-out the DS-3032 (if you received it in e-mail which will happen if you get your e-mail address on file prior to them generating it) or just fill-out the mailed hard-copy.

Next you need to scan the completed & signed DS-3032 and e-mail it as an attachment (their website says make it a PDF, use PrimoPDF Free Version).

Here is the proper format for the e-mail:

To:NVCInquiry@state.gov

Subject: MNLXXXXXXXXXX (where the X's are replaced with your case number)

Body:

Attached below is myDS-3032 Choice of agent.

Case number: MNLXXXXXXXXXX (where the X's are replaced with your case number)

APPLICANTS NAME: (Your name as it appears on your documents)

Date of birth: (Your Birthdate)

Petitioner's name: (Your Husband/Fiance's name as it appears on the documents)

DATE OF BIRTH: (Your Husband/Finace's Birthdate)

Hi Bob 4 Anna! Where did you get the bar code for ds3032? Did you wait the NVC to mail a letter for you or email you? before you send the ds3032

Yes, we waited until we received the docs from USCIS.

The old shortcuts are outdated.

If NVC has an e-mail address for Petitioner & Beneficary then they will send everything via e-mail instead of US Mail.

Once the AOS Fee is paid, you log-on to the system using the directions that were included in the AOS Fee Bill and print or e-mail the Barcode Coversheet.

If you want to speed things up, call ASAP and give them both of your e-mail addresses before they generate any documents.

My Wife's first packet (AOS Fee Bill & DS-3032) was mailed via US Mail.

My step-son's was e-mailed, his case was over a week behind hers.

I received his the day after I received hers.

They are doing everything on-line now.

I have a question... can my husband file already a I-130 petition to my son? It will not slow down the process of my papers at NVC? Is it ok if we will wait my visa before my husband file the I-130 to my son?

Why didn't he file the I-130 for your son at the same time? That's what I did. If he files now it won't slow your case down as they are two different petitions. It would have been much more convenient though as you both could fly at the same time and the cases would most likely have synced-u[ at the point of the AOS Fee Bill being paid (that's what ours did even though her case was over a week ahead of his).

Hi Lady AA.

Was your son below 18 years old when you married your USC husband? If yes, your husband can petition your son as his stepson...file the I-130 then.

I believe there is a different process to follow if your son is over 18 but under 21 years old. You may want to consult with other VJ members with children the same age as your boy.

By the way, we received our NVC Case number. :) And because we are doing K3 instead of CR1, our case was already forwarded to the U.S. Embassy (3 days after they received it!).

Funny thing is...we don't have our NOA2 hardcopies yet. Hope the postman delivers them soon.

Hi Lady AA.

My husband is the same way with our daughter. :) (She is my daughter from a previous marriage to a Pinoy, but my husband treats her like his own. :) )

Go ahead and file the I-130 for your son, with your USC hubby as petitioner. Make sure the info is correct and consistent.

Yup, we will start filling the I-30 before the end of the month. My mother wants my son to be with her a little more longer that is also one reason why me and my husband not to file the I-30 with me.
