Do i need to bring NOA 2 letter for medical?I have already mnl case # letter.Is it really important to bring NOA 2 letter?

K 1 TIMELINE

03-05-09 I-129 f sent

03-10-09 NOA 1

08-06-09 NOA 2 (08-07-09 his b-day)

08-10-09 NVC received

09-07-09 Medical passed (Sep.7-8)

09-22-09 Appointed date interview but rescheduled Sep.25 (my case not yet in their system)

09-25-09 Interview (1 additional document lacking)

STILL WAITING MY VISA!

Nov. 10-09 Visa received

Nov.13-09 US arrival (Guam POE)

Nov.19-09 celebrate b-day

Dec.27-09 Wedding day

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

Does it have to be the original or will a copy work?

a copy is ok. make sure too that you have complete personal info about your husband because you'll need this on the form that you will fill out.

By personal info what are they looking for? Do you mean like medical history or just the usual Name, Address, SSN, Pics, Employer etc?


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

Its confusing coz i read before that it is more important to bring NVC letter indicated mnl case # even without photocopy or clearcopy of NOA 2 hardcopy.Fiance mailed it to me the NOA 2 hardcopy together with other papers for interview but i dont have it yet and ill be leaving this Sunday for Monday medical.I will just bring NVC letter mnl case #,4 pcs. 2x2 photos,passport and medical fee.I dont have letter of appointment yet from embassy coz under AP since Aug. 10 but i read that its ok to have medical even no letter of appointment yet.
