Steps to make before the interview.

My fiance and I have been approved for alittle while now, we are trying to get all of our documents and such ready for the interview. First question does the embassy in manila still send out packet3 or 4 to the fiance's house or what? also do I need to send my original birthcertifacate to her or just make a copy? do we need to pay the fee before we schedule our interview? are we required to bring the ds-157 to the bank for proof of payment or do they provide the forms at BDO bank?? We are just alittle nervous , dont want to make any mistakes ......thanks so much for your help, good luck all !!!!!!
