AR-11 and Filing Removal of Conditions

Can't believe I'm back posting specific filing questions after such an absence! While I'm not nearly as OCD about ROC as getting the K1 approval and then the GC, am looking forward to the camraderie of all those filing at the same time!

My question is this: when petitioning for the K1 and the 2 year GC, we lived at one address. We just moved and I did the online change of address for both of us. We will now be filing from the new address, but I didn't save the confirmation # for our address change. How should I handle that on the new ROC application? Should I include a letter specifically explaining that we moved and I completed the AR11 online for both of us but that there's no paper trail of it? Or should I just leave it alone and continue on as if it was processed with no issues?

Thanks!

So now I'm replying to myself before anyone else does! Had a thought...I am submitting the lease for our new place as part of the evidence...might it be wise to attach a letter right after the lease explaining our move and address change? Unfortunately because in both places our landlord is just a property owner and not a management company and therefore the lease is simply one of those generic ones that can be purchased at Staples. Does it make sense to include that eve though it's so unofficial?

And another concern, might as well just include it here! We've got very little of the "traditional" evidence such as cars owned together (still driving an ancient car that was purchased long before he came here), 401Ks and joing health insurance (I work for a small nonprofit which doesn't offer a 401K and the additional cost for putting him on my insurance would cost about $700/month), and joing bank accounts (no real explanation for that, I just kept the account I've always had and he opened a new one), or any sort of property (again, social workers aren't exactly banking) or life insurance.

But what we DO have is:

an affadavit from my mum

jint tax returns

flight itineraries from vacation last year and the upcoming one (my mother joined us last time and will join us again...and speaks to that in her affadavit)

the lease

car insurance where's he's listed as a driver

licenses, visa cards, and AAA cards with the same info

a seating arrangement card from a wedding we went to

various pictures of both of us, including pictures of me and my mother in an obviously Mayan village in Mexico

Thoughts?

I think joint bank account is always good to have. My husband kept his, I kept mine and we opened a new joint one that we both contribute to and use.

As for the address, I also moved (3 times) during the last 2 years and I am about to file my I-751. If you filed the AR-11, there should be no problem. Don't mention it on your paperwork. I also didn't keep track of the receipt number, delivery (when I mailed), etc.

But in my case they require for the I-751 that I list in a separate sheet all addresses and dates I have lived in the past 2 years. What I did was: I put one copy of a billing statement (bank, utilities, whatever you have) from each of us to prove we lived together at each of the addresses. Not many, just one for each address under my "Exhibit X - Proof of previous residences".

I hope this helps.

One more thing... I think if you have an agreement with a landlord (even though not so formally written) is fine.
