My brother will be my co sponsor for filing DCF. We are getting this things ready like knowing what will be for the whole process. But my brother has a joint income tax with his wife. I just need my brother to co sponsor me . His wife is now jobless and he is the only one working now. So when my brother xerox his income tax return, the name of his wife will showed in the ITR. Is it ok?

That how he filed his taxes.

What do you want him to go back and re file taxes and pay penaltys and late fees?
