September Fillers very quite compare to August, I considered myself on both. Sent I-130 on Aug 28, They received Sept. 02. But Guess what, Its approved now. I was hoping maybe in next 2 weeks if I am lucky, but sooner the better. Hopefully NYC journey be smooth like USCIS.

9/2/09 received I-130

9/4- NOA 1

9/4- Check Cashed

9/9- Touch

9/21-Touch

9/22 Approved email, best email I have recieved in my life.

Wow! If I am as lucky as you then I should have my NOA2 by the end of the month or first week of OCTOBER, haha!!

*wishful thinking* :P....

Hopefully you get it this week. I sent my application 3 days before you.

my family is from iloilo city but we are in laguna now :) tarlac huh? we should have talked last week as i just came from baguio (for the long weekend) and stopped over in tarlac :) tarlac is BIG :)

Hey AUS2USA - we sent ours 2 days before you. Received the hard copy Friday (Aus time) or Thursday (US time) so maybe on Monday there will be something in the mail for you!

Dont worry you will get it soon. I got my NOA1 exactlly 2 weeks after I mailed my I-130. But NOA2 was much faster. Got it approved in 17 days after they recieved my application

Ummm excuse me? 17 days? No wonder why you're confused haha nah, thats awesome! I can only hope and pray that my 130 is approved in that amount of time! But, I'm not holding my breath haha!!

I'm still impressed with that 17 days though ... :dance: . I want mine to go quickly but not that quickly, because I have not really done anything. Still have my house etc ...

Anyone else come across this problem - I went to change my name on my passport and they wouldn't accept the marriage certificate as being valid proof of name change (married overseas) in Australia. I have to legally change my name with BDM. It was good enough to do driver's licence and everything else, though.

hey guys, we just found out today that we got approved. hubby checked his PO box mail and in there was our NOA2 hard copy. woot woot!

funny thing is when i checked our case status online today it still doesn't say approved. it's not updated. and our NOA2 was dated 09/18/2009 (our last touch)
