U mean my husband call the NVC and ask for our NVC case number? My husband expect that he will receive a mail from NVC. But i think he is wrong... Please help us guy's.

I got approved too on January 20 like u.

My husband got our case # (after 6 days only) via AVR ... the automated system. I was sure it would take longer but I am grateful. I don't envy him now though because he has to ring and actually try and speak with an operator so he can give our email addresses.

HEY EVERYBODY

LIKE 15 MINUTES AGO I CHECK THE WEB TO SEE IF SOMETHING CHANGE AND IT WAS IN THE SAME INITIAL REVIEW.. SO I THOUGHT TO CHECK TOMORROW...AND I MADE MY PRAY OF THE NIGHT..AND IN THAT MOMENT MY HUSBAND CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE WITH THE APPROVED PETITION..I DID NOT BELIEVE HIM..AND I TURN ON MY LAPTOP AGAIN AND HERE IT IS

On January 27, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS???? OH MY GODDDDDD...THANK YOU GOD.....I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE IT...

AVR will tell him the NVC number of the case.

Then, call the number in the evening and provide them the email addresses.

Thank u so much for the help. because my friend is also Cr1 filer... She told me to wait for the mail from NVC for our case number. But i think she give me wrong information. While ago, im little confused because some of here september filer have already case number. So i cant help my ask myself about it. So i let my husband call tomorrowu. Is CIS reciept number is the same with USCIS number?

Finally got started with this journey! Just mailed in my I-130 packet yesterday, now all I can do is wait. I've read tons of threads and posts here, and I hope I get everything right the first time and avoid a dreaded RFE, wah!!!

Anyone else in this with me (^.^')/??

I filed in September of 2009 and received my NOA1 on September 29th 2009. I have since been waiting for my NOA2. I know September petitions are being processed, but I see some people have the same dates as mine and got their NOA2s about the 25th of Jan '10.

Wonder what's taking mine so long.

I really am getting impatient here.

Any advise, or maybe I am just looking for some comfort and a confidence-booster.

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!
