As i writing my last reply my phone just got 2 texts...

"Your case was just updated"

So I checked the uscis website and we have a touch...

So I checked my email and "Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 27, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283. "

Congrat's all guy's... its sound good for all of us. We have the approval hard copy. What we will do next? My friend told me to wait the letter for NVC for our case number, Is that true? Is anybody got the approval have already the letter from NVC?

pretty sure it can take up to a week or 2 for them to receive your case and to give a case number. After about 3-4 days maybe call them and harrass them, they can give you your case no., over the phone i believe! Might need to confirm this (?)

My husband got our case # (after 6 days only) via AVR ... the automated system. I was sure it would take longer but I am grateful. I don't envy him now though because he has to ring and actually try and speak with an operator so he can give our email addresses.

SO I THOUGHT TO CHECK TOMORROW...AND I MADE MY PRAY OF THE NIGHT..AND IN THAT MOMENT MY HUSBAND CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE WITH THE APPROVED PETITION..I DID NOT BELIEVE HIM..AND I TURN ON MY LAPTOP AGAIN AND HERE IT IS
