My NOA1 is 10/04

I think we should all call CSC as like what ananthu did.

After calling CSC only, his case was approved.

Some of my friends also told me that, they all got their approved after calling CSC. Looks like when we call the case get some attention if it reached 3 months.

Is that true?

Not sure if it makes a difference but we waited until we reached 120 days (4 months) and the husband called on Monday and it was approved 3 days later. I think it was just coincidence because they were back to processing I130's, but you never know.

I encourage you to call CSC if the case is pending for more than 100 days. Not sure about the output,but we observed that whenever the call was attended by a CC agent we got the touch on the same day itself...Also we feared that the calls may hinder further processing...but nothing happened,bcoz our agony is seen by the almighty....Come on CSC ...show the way for visajourney...

Could u pls. let me know what number you called? (for CSC)

The number is the same as the one you get from USCIS website under contacts. It is a 1800 number. Go through the menu until you get to where they as you to put in your case number. Do that too. You will hear the same message as that you see online. At this time dial 1-3-4 straight. You may have to do this again if the automated message continues. You will hear a message that you are being transferred to a customer service agent. You may have to hold for 15- 20 min before it gets answered. You may sometimes get a feeling that the line got cut since there is no music or automated message being played while you hold. Don't give up!

Congrats to everyone that just got their NOA2. Wow finally some action form CSC. I hope the rest of us are next.

Please tell me how much time do you have to get through NVC. I'm having some problems with my co-sponser and might not be able to send paperwork to NVC right away. I hear you have 6 months to get the papers in is that true?
