I posted yesterday that USCIS updated our case with a touch! I did'nt check our e-mail until today and my cellphone has been off since late afternoon thats why I didnt receive any text, but USCIS sent me an E-mail advising our case/visa has been approved!

OMG!!! Thank you Jesus!!! Now im cramming with a bit preparing this morning for the NVC stage because I forgot the process now, I know im suppose to wait for the NOA2 and then call NVC for a case #?

yes definitely wait for the case # i would give it a week for NVC to assign one but start calling the AVR two days from now (Friday) i will post a copy of my hubby's email once i edit it

Its coming soon, I was in the same boat 48 hrs ago, then BOOM out of nowehere, USCIS sends us the approval notice. Look at the touches lately from September filers, I think a very good portion of it is in the process of being approved! Keep your hopes up, its only going to get better as each day passes by

BTW, anyone knows the actual toll free # @ NVC to obtain the case #?

Congrats. It's DS 3032. Once you give them your emails, they will send you the DS-3032 in email. It has a barcode. You either mail that to NVC or send them an email stating who is going to be the Choice of Agent.
