i sure hope so my case status did not change but from their track record they don't normally always update what they do is send the hard copy and sometimes they don't even update your case online, they "touched" the I-130 though so that may be a sign that they are picking back up :blush::thumbs:

I'm almost positive the NOA2 is coming for you!

i checked it online twice yesterday once in the afternoon and again at night and thats when i saw that they touched it late in the evening(well it would have been early in California since they are 3 hours behind me :blush: ) but no email or text and no status change..i called them just now they said if there was a decision it can take some time to be updated online which is why they say they will notify you by mail which means if they mailed me something i would not know until next week or next year :unsure::unsure::blink:
