he he, that was me that day at that moment, i am bipolar now with this waiting period. Ever had about mood swings? That is what i frequently get now.:yes::yes: But in the little insanity going on in my head I still know that at least within the next 75days there will be an approval by God's grace.

@Sachinsky, i think maybe some approvals will come this week as well, but it is close to thanksgiving and the vacations are coming. Let's wait and see, but at least by the 1st week in december there should be some action before the christmas and new year breaks starts to roll in.

i am 36, 2 files after 34 and 13 files before 49 so what happened to my file ??? i guess my name is too hard to spell, they make me feel like i got no luck at all. it has been 75 days of hell for me now and it is really getting into me, making me perform poorly in what i am doing. my heart want toburst into fire at times and my eyes just can't take the waters anymore. what am i suppose to do, accept faith and prepare for 75 days more at most even without guarantee, afterall they are the USCIS who can tell them when to adjudicate? goodluck peeple, or should i jst say good wait?

wacxxxxxx49 <---- approved on september 22.

wacxxxxxx34 <==== october 27th......

this means they dont process cases as receieved. petition ending in 34 shouldve been the one getting approval before petition ending in 49.

Lolas, you said it yourself in an earlier post. relax and expect the 5 months wait!

Waiter, the MIGHT still process it in order, but maybe the case ending in 34 received an RFE and the adjudicator kept on processing other petitions until the RFE was fixed?

Thanksgiving is the 26th. It is my handsome husband's favourite holiday and I won't be with him. At least we will be together over Xmas so I am very thankful for that because I know there are lots that will not. This week is not our week but I hope that it is for another September filer. He rang USCIS about the passport pics I had to send and they never received them so I am going to leave it until I am there and then we will resend.

looking forward to January, i remembered filling last year for my hubby on September 11, and I got approved on January 29th, 2009 before I had to cancel and refile due to incomplete divorce. if i get any news i will be glad to share later, for now i will be away from here for good. it seems like they are on vacation. and this is not one of my bipolar moods, this is for real. why border when my file is piled up in some boxes, i can't take it out anyway I send my prayers to it daily though. Goodbye everyone, see u all later at NVC stage when we get their.

Hey. I'm the obsessive paranoid paperwork filling wife. Hubby is the calm, collected one and currently sick with mono.

I think you're right -- I'm now expecting a NOA2 in January (although holding out a little hope for a miracle before Christmas). I have EVERYTHING ready for the NVC stage -- filled out, signed, required documents, in separate envelopes, (apart from the payment receipts obviously) -- so hopefully, that'll go reasonably quicker.

We're talking about him moving to India for a few months. So that we can be together during the process. Although I don't know how that'll happen since he has a job there and unless I can find him job here, it's not going to be feasible.

My MIL grew up with a MI congressman so we're thinking that maybe talking to him could help. Since, my husband also knows him, maybe putting in a good word could help? Who knows at this point?

How's everybody else doing?

Just out of academic interest, did you guys front-load your petitions or are you going to backload at the USEM stage? Is there any truth to this rumor that they sort of already make a judgement by the time it gets to the USEM?

Sort of like:

1) We're good to go.

2) Maybe-maybe not. Possibly 60-40.

3) No way in hell.

Resulting at the USEM stage interview questions such as basic ones like "What's your husband's name?" or date of birth, a little more probing questions so that the CO can make an informed decision about which way to swing in the second option and finally, in the third category, they just choose to *uck with the applicant at will and ask them stuff like the population of IL or your husband's crush in second grade.

I didn't send A LOT of stuff. The basics, three affidavits, 3 wedding pics, 3 non wedding pics, joint bank account statement, and the wedding invitation card.
