THIS WEEK SEEMS TO BE THE VISA AND INTERVIEW WEEK, I AM RESIGNING TO BELIEVE THAT IT MIGHT TAKE THE THIRD WEEK TO END OF NOVEMEBR BEFORE WE START SEEING SOME LATE AUGUST TO SEPTEMBER APPROVALS, THAT WILL BE CLOSE TO 90 DAYS PROCESSING WHICH SEEMS TO BE THE AVERAGE EXCEPT FOR THE VERY LUCKY 28 DAYS TO 60DAYS QUICKIES.

I AM NOT BITTER ANYMORE, I FEEL THAT I WILL GET MY APPROVAL BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR, AT MOST JANUARY AND I WILL BE APPROVED FOR MY HUBBY'S VISA WITHOUT ANY HASSEL AND HE WILL BE HERE BEFORE APRIL 2010 AND WE WILL BE HAPPY AND LIVE OUR LIVES. THERE IS REALLY NO POINT IN BEING SAD, I GOT DEPRESSED BECAUSE I FELT THAT I WILL GET 28 DAYS TO 60 DAYS AND GOT DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT DID NOT HAPPEN THAT WAY, I HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT MY TIME IS ALWAYS UNIQUE IN EVERYTHING I DO IN LIFE AND THAT OUR TIME AS HUMANS IS NOT ALWAYS GOD'S TIME.

SO EVERYONE HERE, JOIN ME IN THE HAPPY MODE, STOP STRESSING BECAUSE DEEP DOWN YOU ARE ALL STRESSING BECAUSE YOU WANTED QUICK APPROVAL, AS LONG AS WE ARE NOT DENIED AND WE ARE GRANTED WITHIN 5 MONTHS THEN WE SHOULD JUST HAVE SOME PATIENCE AND KEEP OUR SPIRIT UP. I LOVE U ALL AND WISH YOU ALL THE VERY BEST AS EACH ONE AWAITS APPROVAL! :star:

I'm still keeping the hope. If I resign myself to thinking that a NOA2 isn't coming for 3-4 months, I won't be able to get out of bed.

And interviews are scheduled by NVC, not USCIS, so there's still time left in November for us!

Oh please, let the gods smile on CSC.

I'm trying as hard as I can to take my mind off waiting on my petition to get approved. Exercising, trying to make new friends, going to church. Anything but worrying. My last touch was October 1st.

Oh. Oh. God. I think I might just vomit.

 please don't its not good for you  they did approve a April filer on 11/03/09

An approval in November? This calls for a celebration. It does prove that CSC is alive..................common CSC way to go

It doesnt count.... They were April filers... Maybe just waiting for an RFE...

We need a September filer to be approved.

Oh dear, I just realized on the G325A form, I crossed "status as permanent resident" because I thought that's what we were applying for instead of "other" and specifying a I130 petition . What should I do now? Fill in another one and send it along? Or will it be okay since it quite obviously HAS gone in with a I-130 petition as stated on the form and the cover-letter.

What do you think, guys?

You could just fill in another and send it in with a cover letter stating the reason for the new G-325a. I'd give USCIS a call to be sure. Or you could wait until you are RFE'd.

Okay. My husband spoke to Carl M and he said it was alright. Our forms were fine, he even double checked to make sure. Apparently all the information is scanned in on to a computer (which is why it's expensive but cuts out five steps from their end) and if there's a problem, it usually gets highlighted in red and reads as "upon further review." He also said we're still in processing but that our NOA2 should be coming soon! Please God, let it be true.

As long as we had the I130 on our cover letter, it should be fine and the guy was like, don't worry, we're still processing your application and everything was filled out correctly. There are no forms that are filled out wrong. Apparently they have it all imputed in the system and he said that we should get our NOA2 sometime soon, he didn't know how much longer, but he said to remain positive and it'll come before we know it!

I like Carl M.

No movement on our case status even though I sent the correct passport style photos nearly 2 weeks ago. I would at least have expected a 'touch' for that. The husband is away doing military type stuff so more waiting until he gets back before we can ring to check on it. One good thing, we discovered we can conference call so I can actually freakin' ask questions now because he is 'there' with me.

Hope you're all well ... won't be long now for one of us I am sure. :star:
