How times fly, congrats but it just make you realize how long u've been far apart. I don't think about wedding anniversary anymore (at least for now) it just makes me gloomy and think that my life is flying away in front of me ... I hope i did not ruin your day

It's technically Monday in India and I'm pumped up for this week.

Here too - I am not too excited. I had always anticipated November 25 for some reason so we shall see. But I did want to check in and see how my fellow filers were ... no news is good news. We did send in the correct passport style photos last week but as of today no touch on our case. The handsome husband tells me it takes at least 3-5 days for mail from the East Coast to the West Coast so we shall see. At this stage, I am not too upset by it but I would really love one of us to receive an approval this week!

Hey Aus - congrats on the anniversary ... :star: Hope your beautiful wife is faring well job wise.

Fingers crossed everyone - will say some Ohms for all of you gorgeous people ....

A kidney is simple, i hope I will not need a heart, my heart is burning in my chest already, everyday seems to be more difficult. It looks as if we are in for a long ride since no new cases is receiving attention.

LOLAs I sent a I-129F and it should be delivered tomorrow but i doubt it will be accepted because i have been reading in the K3 thread and i don't see anything about just sending marriage certificate, I-129f and NOA1 :unsure:

I think that is all you need, they already have everything in I-130 packet, if i recollect correctly I only sent I-129F, NOA - 1, Marriage cert and previous divorce certificate for me, nothing more, it was accepted and I got the receipt a week after that.

but i later read here that they take out the I-130 and add it to I-129F and put both in the receipt date for I-129 F, i bit my nails after reading that thinking i might have added 11 days to my initial reading date. if what i read here is correct (which i doubt) then it wouldn't have been a good idea to pull yourself back 2 months i n line. I doubt this because the processing time is 5 months for either, they cannot delay your I-130 past 5 months by putting it in-line with I-129F without any genuine reason i supposed

Waiting for the NOA2... Not depressed yet.

My 3 months wedding anniversary was on 10/29...the last weekend was bad with emotions.

WTH - I am flying home to see her end of this month, counting my days to go now NOT NOA2.
