I got NOA2 in the mail today. It shows the approval date October 14th. But online system is not updated. I called NVC but they don't have the package yet.

Congrats...

Maybe our adjudicator has woken up from his NAP... ;)

There are many of us that had our last touch on Sep 23rd...

I hope we are next.

Yeah, I knw what you guys mean about wasting the money to go over there only to be refused entry. That is quite the joke. Still, I'd have a return ticket, little luggage etc. I guess i'll have to give it a miss, save up money and yeah... ah well

Ugh, this is all too much. Ontop of things, the wifey is losing motivation to look for work. She's a singer by trade and does a lot of musical theater productions, but needs some kind of retail work as well. So, here I am, doing what a man does best, working 15 hour days, 6 days a week to keep our heads above water. I'm draining quick though!

I reckon she should go get a job @ CSC and approve our petition, then ask for a transfer to NVC =o)

yeah, i dont log in to uscis anymore to see if there has been updates on our case. did you at least get a text or email notification from them, besides the actual hard copy?

oh THATS RIGHT! I forgot, I'm waiting for a NOA2 haha. I'm finally back into personal training and loving it! My clients are awesome and they help me take my mind off of things. Also, I'm hitting myself with an extreme 3 months workout. So, now i hope NOA2 takes its time so i can be back to lookin good for when i go over hahah

Yeah, I have been working out now for a while...I have lost 95 lbs since last november..I still need to lose another 40 but I am getting there..things are alot harder now to get the pounds off...am trying new workouts but trying to avoid any harsh diets..I am making a lifestyle change..so I don't want to do anything I cannot keep up for the rest of my life..if that makes sense...any suggestions?
