but nevertheless, we have it and thats the good thing about it,right!

just came home from davao, so havent had the chance to read all your posts these last few days! and am so happy to find out that some of the september filers here had their approval notices already! pretty fast huh! that's awesome! and it really makes me think positive!

hope ours will be soon.. and yes, as you said, im keeping the faith! and patience as well:thumbs:

28th? My last was 23rd. I need to be fondled!!! I guess. I'm still stuck in 'initial review'. Unfortunately, I'm expecting an RFE. We sent:

- Marriage Cert.

- Joint account info

- Lease agreement with both our names.

I think that was it. but we didn't send photos or emails or skype chat as I figured that would be more appropriate in-person, rather than sending our personal convos and photos to a complete stranger.

Then again, our immediate future is in the hands of this complete stranger. Please see to it, stranger, that people who are not in a bonafide marriage usually don't sign a lease together or open a joint account... I hope

Hey Aus (?) - having trouble abbreviating your name ... - we didn't send photos, chats or anything like that. Just the marriage cert, the affadavits and can't remember what else. I am expecting an RFE over my passport photos though. I did not send the American sized ones because I'm a twit and can't comprehend properly even though I read it like a gazillion effin trillion times ... the 2x2 should have tipped me off that they were square ... (hmmm Donuts).

I sent our original marriage certificate, joint bank account, 3 wedding pictures, 3 couple pictures and 3 letters of support from our families. I thought emails/IM logs would be better at the interview.

Now if we could just get there, already!

hey. we're all in the same boat, last touch was 09/23 too. i also have a feeling a update or maybe an even better news (NOA2) will come shortly (hopefully the next week or two). like you, i only sent our marriage cert, some bank and financial documents and finally an affidavit. i wished i loaded up with more supporting evidence such as our wedding pictures, chatlogs etc, but i thought these would be required @ the interview. anyway, this is quite possibly the most stressful time in our life. everyday i log into uscis to see if its been touched but to this day, no one has touched our file (sighs)

always pray though. everything is up to him
