Hello, my name is Andres and I am also a September filer. I filed the I-130 back on Sept. 18. USCIS cashed the money order on 9-30-09 and I received the hard copy on 10-2-09. Now I am waiting for the NOA2.

9-18-09 Sent I-130

9-23-09 CSC received the package.

9-29-09 Notice Date

9-30-09 Cashed money order

10-2-09 Received hard copy by mail

I'm hoping i get touched tomorrow... Or, better yet, approval

In the last 3 months, my job performance has taken a massive drop. It doesn't distract me enough to not think about it. It's sending me insane!

Any ideas to help ease the stress/depression/craaaaziness??

Find a punching bag. I'm sure my employers are wondering what's happened to their employee too. I don't recognise me don't know how anyone else can either.

Anyway - no touches, nothing at all for a week. Hope everyone else is faring better!!

Hey people, I filled in late August and i guess I can say September since my NOA 1 is dated sep 01, I must say that I am just tired and frustrated with waiting. I am literarily loosing my mind maybe I should just not expect all those miraculous speedy approval, for some people it is the maximum days.

But, since i do not get a biometric appointment within 30 days of filling that means I can accept that I am not being subjected to additional background check which will probably make me go completely crazy from the waiting. it is just tough being an American with a love in abroad. Insanely tough! :crying:

hey guys, we just found out today that we got approved. hubby checked his PO box mail and in there was our NOA2 hard copy. woot woot!

funny thing is when i checked our case status online today it still doesn't say approved. it's not updated. and our NOA2 was dated 09/18/2009 (our last touch)

btw, got our NOA1 hard copy already. just wondering why the notice was dated sept.28

but nevertheless, we have it and thats the good thing about it,right!

just came home from davao, so havent had the chance to read all your posts these last few days! and am so happy to find out that some of the september filers here had their approval notices already! pretty fast huh! that's awesome! and it really makes me think positive!

hope ours will be soon.. and yes, as you said, im keeping the faith! and patience as well:thumbs:

Just got the NOA2 hard copy in the mail today. I'm starting to be trigger happy on the NVC hotline now trying to get a case number, haha! Yeah I know it's a bit early to start calling but I'm really pumped up now, wah!!

I just got my interview date letter before my EAD and Advance Parole! Totally didnt expect to see the letter in the mail yesterday. Has anyone heard of this before?? Seems that things are moving fast. BTW, no updates/touches online since before my biometrics. The website does not seem to be current. I think I will stick to checking the mail obessively! Ok..I am a september filer myself..and it looks like quite a few of you already have NOA2...I hope and pray ours goes this fast!! I never realized how hard the separation could be...Either way, I am making the haul back to India in December for New Years..will be my third trip to India this year...Lets all keep our fingers crossed...
