good day everyone!

My fiancee got her interview last august 27 and she was given a pink slip and instructed to pay the air21, and until now the visa has not yet been delivered, my fiancee was so stress and depress right now because she dont know what her visa took so long,and that she was just living in manila..how long do we have to wait before the visa will be delivered?

hello,

usually it takes 14 days workday for the visa to be delivered, i dont think she needs to be stressed, yet:) but if she wants, she could give the embassy call to find out, i'd definitely do that.

Oh congratulation that her visa was approved, yaay!

Oct 2005 - met my baby

Dec 2006 - he proposed

Feb 2007 - K-1 filed

Dec 2007 - K-1 Visa Interview (denied), the reason: i was overstayed my previous visit in 2000-2003 (my bad)

Feb 2008 - I-601 Waiver filed

Sept 2008 - Waiver approved (K-1 Visa issued)

Jan 2009 - the Wedding Blessing & Reception (Bali, Indonesia)

Feb 2009 - Arrived in the US followed by the Civil Wedding & Reception (again:)

March 2009 - AOS filed

April 2009 - Biometric

May 2009 - EAD card in hand

Aug 27th 2009 - AOS Interview (approved, yaay)

Sept 2009- Green Card arrived in the mail...yippeeeew...(i want to sing of Your Love forever)

June 2011 - ROC filed

July 2011 - Biometric

Dec 2011 - ROC approved (Best Christmas ever, i must've been a really good girl this year :)

The wait would be unbearable but it'll be worth it. It strengthens the love, it attaches you even more to each other, it shows how your man would do whatever it takes to be with you, that he will never give up on you because he LOVES you!! All the waits, stresses, tears, heartaches, all the miserable feelings you feel along the way will be paid off once you get what you've been hoping for...oh and WITHOUT PRAYERS? will be like trying to start a fire with water, JUST WON'T WORK!

uhmmm she should not be stressed bcoz 27 is thursday i think no work by weekends and monday is holiday here.... :yes:

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

My visa was approved in Brazil on the 28th and they said it would take from 7 to 14 business days for it to be delivered. Didn't they give you a receipt with a tracking number? And congrats on your approval!

K-1 TIMELINE:

05-11-2009: NOA1

05-20-2009: called the Military Help Line and requested for expedite

06-04-2009: NOA2

06-14-2009: NVC letter received in the mail

07-02-2009: Packet 4 received

08-27-2009: Interview - Visa approved!

09-03-2009: visa in hands.

09-20-2009: POE - Miami

09-21-2009: we got married!

AOS TIMELINE:

05-12-2010: NOA1

06-08-2010: Case transferred to CSC

06-21-2010: Biometrics

yes they give her a pink slip and pay for the delivery and give the tracking number,but cannot track it

my wife had interview on the 18th and got the text from air21 on the 20th for the visa delivery. but they told her that she has to wait about two weeks for the visa delivery. good luck and be patience. abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Like others have said its only been 3 working days. Friday, Tues and Weds...Monday was holiday in Phils.

Give a few more days it'll show up, you won't be able to track it until Air21 gets it and by then they will be texting you about it.
